By using Break the Loop ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Break the Loop is a habit-replacement application designed to help users quit pornography and masturbation through daily tasks, AI-powered support, tracking, and community features. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Break the Loop. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You may use the app with anonymous authentication or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Break the Loop offers auto-renewing subscription plans (yearly and monthly).
• A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, or using the community features to harass others.

6. Health Disclaimer

Break the Loop is a self-help tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing addiction, mental health issues, or crisis, please seek professional help. The app's AI coach provides general motivational support, not clinical guidance.

7. Content

Community activity shown in the app is anonymized. You retain ownership of any personal content you enter (your "Why," journal entries, check-ins). We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Break the Loop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to relapse, emotional distress, or data loss.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
